Become a Teacher of Metaphysical Mindfulness

Fully Accredited Training Courses

Mental health is paramount. Wellness can only be achieved from the operation of a sound mind. Confusion leads to stress.

Knowledge is power!

With this power, you can achieve an amazing, successful life in every way: health, finances and relationships.

The application of mindfulness throughout our daily life is significantly more important than knowing what it is and how it works.

Mindfulness practice, in its true metaphysical sense, is not just a secular activity.  The word, metaphysics, meaning spiritual, is of paramount importance in our programme. It is intended to bring us into the presence of the Presence, the infinite source of all life.  Your breath is the anchor for this present moment practice. It is the force of Life, the Universal life force.

With this knowledge, you gain an understanding of the fundamental reasons for all the  metaphysical laws of success.  More importantly, you become a master practitioner of the laws of  Assumption, Attraction and Manifestation,  Your life naturally becomes fulfilled with little or no effort on your part.

All this can be achieved by simply practising mindfulness on a daily basis.

"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" - Lao Tzu.

The author of the Tao Te Ching tells us that if an initiative of a lifetime is taken, an adventure follows.

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?

The best natural way to live a happy, fruitful life

Perhaps you have heard about mindfulness and would like to teach others? Mindfulness or, a present-moment lifestyle, is the best natural way to live a happy, fruitful life. Stress, depression, and anxiety can be avoided by this method: It is constant practice, formally or informally: you can either make time intentionally to do the meditation practice; or, simply direct your attention to what is happening in any given moment.

For example, as you are brushing your teeth; making a cup of tea, or eating - whatever you are doing, do you find your mind wanders? Do you find it hard to stay focused on the task you are doing maybe at work? Do you feel it is difficult to enjoy the moment, for example, because you are worrying about other things in your life that have happened, are happening, or could happen?

If you consciously keep your attention focused on what you are doing, this present-moment lifestyle will become natural sooner than you think, and it is pure bliss.

To benefit from this experience it is important to take some time out to reflect on your situation.

How are we feeling? What challenges are we facing?

Adhering to the process helps us acquire the skills of “Mindfulness”, i.e. awareness, consciousness, and alertness. This means having an open mind and taking the practice seriously.

Forget what we may have heard or read, or images of people sitting cross-legged on the floor. We will slowly work together to practise mindfulness and we will benefit from the moment your session begins.

What do you bring?

As a teacher, there are certain qualities which you must bring to the process; and, these very qualities will generate in your psyche, more of the same. These qualities are: non-judgment, patience, a beginner's mind, trust, acceptance, non-striving, and letting go.  Gratitude and compassion can be added to the list.

Jon Kabat-Zinn, the founder of modern-day mindfulness selected these attitudinal qualities amongst others, which he considered to be important, not only to facilitate the learning process but also to be quite naturally enhanced in the process of mindfulness practice. The MBSR courses he designed are popular in hospitals, universities, and other such corporations.

Life has its ups and downs but how we deal with them is the important thing. Mindfulness helps us to stay resilient and achieve our dreams with laser focus.

Not only that, but also, it will bring us the clarity of mind and intuition to create the most successful life we can imagine. Isn’t this a benefit of mindfulness meditation that everyone would want?

What Clients Say...

Participating in the 3-day mindfulness class was a transformative experience. The immersive sessions helped me appreciate the power of being present and embracing mindfulness. I believe it could be incredibly beneficial for young people to engage in such classes, as they offer valuable tools for managing stress and fostering mental well- being when dealing with life’s stresses. Anna was an incredible teacher and truly helped to restore my motivation to continue the mindfulness practices.

Benefits to Academics

In the world of Business and Academia, we need to be able to concentrate on the work in hand.

To concentrate is to be mindfully aware of what we are doing.

This is the reason companies and universities train their staff in mindfulness.

They reap the rewards.

Benefits to Mental Health

Anyone who has any form of mental health issues, for example, memory loss, Parkinson’s disease or senile dementia can benefit enormously from regularly practising Mindfulness.

It promotes neuroplasticity - the ability of the brain to change continuously throughout an individual’s life. The aim of neuroplasticity is to optimize the neural networks, neurons and synapses to change their connections and behaviour in response to new information, sensory stimulation, development, damage, or dysfunction.
